Can anyone tell me why the scroll to top action won’tt work on this page. http://francisinteriors.com/contact.php
It seems to get placed behind the content. Works great on all the other pages. I suspect the Send Form action.

Div item2 is above it in the z-index hierarchy at narrower widths.
Do you even need it on that page? It isn’t very tall.

I don’t think that is why or something is changing that stack order.
If you look at other pages you will see that it placed at the bottom of each page no matter how long the page is. On the contact page it does not.

The only way I can get it to be mis-placed is if I make my Safari screen as narrow as it can be. It appears correctly on all other viewport widths.
