I’m trying to make screen shots, pdfs or the like of individual pages to send to a client so they can use them to show preliminary layouts to others. I did it a week ago, beautiful - clear pdfs - exporting in one form and making PDFs from that form. Now try as I might I can’t come up with any combo of exports to replicate them. Would anyone have a suggestion?
Safari / Print / choose PDF in the output sheet. Make sure that Show Backgrounds is checked in the Print dialog.

Once you save the PDF files, you may attach them to an e-mail message that you compose in Mail. Printing to PDF creates a file (and you choose where to save it on your Mac in the process). Then adding an attachment to an e-mail can be as simple as drag-and-drop that file from the Finder into your new message window in Mail.

Thanks for the rapid reply. Apologize for not being specific enough though - I want to attach the PDFs to emails to send them that way.
