[Pro] ScriptyAccordion problems in FW6?

Hi all,

Even the downloaded version from Actionforge doesn’t work. Is there a solution?

Thanks!

It seems to work just fine here. Can you please elaborate? What have you tried, and what happened that you didn’t expect. Here’s what I just did, and had the expected results:

  1. Draw an HMTL box on the page where the effect should go.
  2. Double-click inside it and type the first header text.
  3. Press return, then type the first paragraph to show, and press return at the end of it.
  4. Style the header by quadruple-clicking on it (to select the entire line plus the return at the end) and clicking the h2 option in the Styles palette.
  5. Select all, copy and paste a bunch of times to create a set of options
  6. Click elsewhere, then click once on the HTML box and apply the ScriptyAccordion Action to that box. Adjust the settings to open on click, and to have the first option open at page load.
  7. Preview in a browser, click on any header, the others close and the new one opens. It Just Works™.

Thank you Walter. I found the problem… The h2 option was missing in the style sheet… Aaaajjjjj…

Working now!

You can use any block-level tag (as long as it is different from the one used for the paragraphs) that you choose. You set it with the Trigger Element picker.

I see… there are more options… I used Mootools before… ScriptyAccordion is still a bit new to me, but indeed, very easy to work with. Thanks again!
