[Pro] scroll layer

I have a site that uses scroll layer on about twenty pages. Most work just fine but my client is seeing truncated text on three of them. I have been over the FW file with a microscope and can see no reason for this.

All are based on the same master and have identical action settings, the only variation is the scrolling text and even that shares the same styles etc.

I cannot reproduce what he is seeing on any PC/Mac/browser combination, all work just fine.
He is running Windows XP and Explorer 7 which I have not been able to check.

He sees this pages OK -

… but these two are each missing the last paragraph (you will know if you are seeing it as it is in italics).

It is not a cache problem as he is seeing this on a new page as well.

Could you not diplomatically advise him to upgrade IE and maybe even the OS which is from before the Great Deluge.

I am afraid that he is from before the Great Deluge! It took nearly an hour talking him through his PC to find out which OS and browser he was using. But, of course, you are right :slight_smile:
