fill in the fields and attempt to send and you get
“Please fill out all required fields with valid details”.

the field contents do not seem to make a difference as to the error.
And it does not trigger a ERROR page or Success Page

Your First Name field is specified as an email field so wont submit without an @ in it, similarly for Last Name. (Type=Email)

Your Email field is specified as a Type=Tel so wont validate properly either.

I tired to do a duplicate and change the names etc.
So How do I change the Field type?

With the field selected look in the inspector under the 3rd Tab - look for the Type: picker
