What is the CSS that will change a send buttons “Name”?
Example: I have a send button on a form called “Send” but, when I use the Form Element CSS action it changes the name to “Submit”
I don’t want “Submit”

When you say name here, do you mean the visible label on the button? If so, that’s controlled in the third tab from the left in the Inspector, in the Value field.
There is also a field named Name, but the name of the field has nothing to do with how the button appears on screen, and everything to do with how the server will interpret the form contents.
