[Pro] Send form not recognizing fields

I trying to use the send form action inside but it somehow does not recognise the filled in fields and displays the alert message. I applied the action to the page and that did not work, I tried the box and didn’t work, then the field box inside the box but still the same outcome.

I must be doing something wrong but can’t figure it out.

You can apply send form action to the table, and it should work. What are the errors you are seeing?

I think your problem is that you have 2 forms on that page and both of them have an input field of email/EMAIL

First thing to try is to remove the sign up form from your page and see if it works then.

If it does then you may have to try the Multiple Form action.

I meant to add the link Multiple Form - ActionsForge

Thank’s for the help, I’ve contacted Softpress but no answer there yet.

@Howard : I applied the action to the table but it somehow does not recognise the filled in fields and displays the alert message instead.

@ David : there is only one form on the page, maybe it is publishing incorrectly.

So whatever code checks the form it look’s like it is not applied correctly by the action.

I think you have 2 mailchimp and your own. You might need to rename the input “naam1” to "name"on yours as well.

Simon,

you had it right of course, I removed the Mailchimp and now it recognises that the fields all filled. So the multiple forms is the way to go, thank’s a lot :+1:
