[Pro] Setting a CLASS to a href

How to set a CLASS to an (a href=…) so I can style it.
(or even an ID.)

There’s got to be some tutorial for this, but can’t find it.

I want to differentiate normal anchor links from tooltip anchors.

Someone had - for his tooltips - a styled background and even a border around the tooltip word, which right away tells the user: “here is another kind of link.” (= a tooltip.)
