[Pro] Showcase slideshow and Mootools accordian

aaahhhhhh! Can anyone help please! Please have a quick view of this:

http://www.scoutdesign.org.uk/test/projects/RETAIL%20AND%20LEISURE/nottingham.html

The menu on the left isn’t working when I upload this site but works locally. The images are placed using Showcase (I’m guessing jquery). Is FW5 not uploading files which need to be on the server to utilise MooTools accordian or something. Is there a way around this.

Thanks!

Mike

Freeway knows what to do with a Showcase (via Action) so it will upload all the files needed to your web server.

Looking at your page it appears that your link text across the top of the page does not work except for the Scout The Dog link.

Getting a 404 on your link

Also remember to avoid space characters in file names - stick to underscores and hyphens.

Hi Chuckamuck and DeltaDave, Thanks for you replies. Showcase is working propoerly. It was the MooTools menu on the left which appears dead. The links at the top aren’t active at all. I just wanted to show the menu wasn’t working.

However, I have solved the problem - albeit in a strange fashion. The various links in the menus were all in separate folders. I removed everything from the folders and hey presto, it worked first time. So Showcase and MooTools cooperate well. The link to see what I mean is now http://canvasarchitects.com/TEST/clapham.html.

Thanks guys!

Still a 404 error. But I believe that the MooTools accordion does not automatically upload those folder contents like Showcase does. You would have to upload separately.

Sorry address is:

http://canvasarchitects.com/TEST/clapham.html

without the full stop on the end.

404 caused by extra full stop on the end http://canvasarchitects.com/TEST/clapham.html

What I would suggest is that you use an inline layout so that the footer gets pushed down by the opening accordion - or change the settings so that Residential closes when Retail etc. opens.
