I am using Showcase to create galleries of photos on a site. Is there a way to get the file names to appear so that I can use this as a “proof sheet”. Or does anyone have a suggestion for another app that would do that?

There is an option in the Showcase action palette for ‘Captions’ so if you create a caption in the Showcase app of the filename then that will be displayed in your finished gallery.

It is not a good idea to have so many pics in a Gallery.
It will cause you to have large pages with slow load times.
Better to have more galleries with fewer pics.
