Hi, I’ve done a site last year for a client and the simple forms have always worked great. They have changed host and the forms have stopped working, the new host is asking me to:
" For you to whitelist our web hosting IP on your SMTP mail server that the site is using to send out mail."
As we don’t host the site, I only built it with freeway - I’m not understanding what I have to do? Please any advice would be appreciated.
