[Pro] Simple scrolling galley

I want to create a simple html/css scrolling gallery like in this example. http://www.amymuir.com/portfolio/music/

How do I create such a gallery in FW without my menu and logo also scrolls along with the page? Is this doable without using (i)Frames?

Main features are a wide page or pasteboard and Fixed in Window positioning on all the items that you dont want to scroll.
