Apple’s Xcode includes an iOS simulator. It’s a hefty package just to get to play with the simulator, I have to say, but it gives a pretty good impression.

I ended up buying the machines themselves. I figure business wise it’s a tiny business investment if you really want to be professional about considering mobile web design. I figure its only in real world use you really see the reasoning about the mobile web.
