[Pro] site centers on different screens

is there anyway you can get the site design to center on different screens, like

is there an action which will resize the content to fit the screen size perfectly?

Also what is the best px width for a template which would do this including left margin and right margin as in the apple site,

Easy enough. With nothing selected but the page itself, look in your Inspector palette there and look for “Align” and set it to “Center”.

Then that page will be centered automatically for you.
