I have two inserted items in a wrap. Sometimes, I attempt to put another item inside and my inserted items disappear from the layout and in the site panel, a little “x” appears in the box of the item.
Often times, I have just had to start over on that page. But, I would welcome any suggestions to recovering my items without having to start from scratch.
That means that the “wrap” isn’t large enough to hold the “inserted items”. Either drag down, vertically, the size of the wrap item or use the undefined height setting by clicking once, with the wrap container selected, on the button next to the height option in the Inspector palette.
It will sort of grey out the height total and that little “x” should go away.
