You need to add the HTTPS Helper Action to this page, or just download and apply the newer Protaculous Action to the page. You have links to http:// for the JavaScripts, and the rest of the page is secure. You can’t have insecure scripts in a secure page.

I applied the Https Helper to the page Walter, but is there another update action I should install… this is all because I moved over to Parallels so all available actions did not move over … what a mess

Smooth scrolling seems to be working on your page now (for me).
I notice that you still have an http: link to google fonts - probably in Page Markup.

I just realized that all of my Freeway Pro Actions in Library did not move over to Parallels which caused a boatload of issues… I did copy that folder in December when I started this venture of dual OS! but it did not copy to Library
