[Pro] softpress menu 2 rows how?

Could someone be so kind to advise me how the softpress menu with 2 rows was done?

It’s sleak and non-obtrusive!

1st row:

* Home
* Products
* Store
* Downloads
* Support
* Galleries
* Press

2nd row:

* FAQs
* KnowledgeBase
* Tutorials ... ...

Is there a tutorial somewhere?

These are 2 separate menus - only the index page has 1 while all the other pages have two.

The second one being more specific to the content of that page so there are in fact several different menus throughout the site.
