The client has asked they want RSS on the site - is this possible with Freeway and WebYep? So people will get feed updates when they update through the web yep cms?

Not unless it’s been added very recently. You might be able to get the WebYep system to make a very simple HTML index page out of its database, and then use some PHP string manipulation to convert that into an RSS feed. I just built a feed generator last month which reads a folder full of photos and generates a valid feed. That work could be leveraged, I’m pretty sure.
