You’ve included jQuery in this same page, that’s a known problem with Prototype-based JavaScript (and just bad form – don’t use more than one library). If you want to use a jQuery equivalent to this effect, look into the “affix” effect.

Also, I don’t know if this Action is fully compatible with FW 6 yet. It claims to be, but I have had other reports of this exact issue.
