Recently did page: WebMate - Parked Domain and it displays fine in Safari & Firefox. But when displaying in Chrome, I’m getting a ‘parallax’ multiple border top & bottom of the page. See:
for a screen dump. ???
Running El Capitan 11.2 on late 2014 27" Retina i-Mac.

You appear to have some table elements in your blackbackground Div - are you using a non layered item in there and have applied rounded corners to it?
FW will do funny things with images to create rounded corners on non layered items.
Look for a blue bordered element at the top of that page.

I’m also see very small and very fine white lines, left side, top & bottom. Again they do not show up in Safari nor Firefox.
