On my site it happens sometimes that small thumbnail images are shown in strange quality way. I put the quality to 100% but the image shows some strange light pixels.
What is happening here and what can I do about it.

On this page it is f.i. the picture on the bottom left. In large the problem is gone.

I have seen that before on my end, I have no idea why it does it,
but the solution I found, was via Photoshop or whichever photo
editor you use, try making the images outside of Freeway to be
the exact size you need, rather than re-size them in Freeway.
For example-
Looks like 100 x 100 pixels images on your site before enlargement,
create those outside of Freeway and use the resized as the thumbnails.
