I have a menu bar across the top of my web page. When I added sub menu items, these items are hidden beneath the text box directly below the menu bar.
How do I get the submenu items to be on top of the rest of the objects on the page?

You dont say if you are using Express or Pro
Assuming Pro and that your menu bar is a layered item then select it and in the main menu at the top of your screen Item>Bring to Front
If it is not layered then make it so by ticking the box in the HTML Item inspector.

Terrific…thanks for the quick response…it worked. I’m still not used to where some of these things are.
Was using the Action dialogue and getting nowhere fast.

A tip for you
At the left of your window is the Site pane which normally displays all the pages and subfolders in your site.
If you click on the title bar ‘Site’ you can change this to Page view.
In Page view you will see a list of all the individual items that make up your FW page and their order.
The items furthest down the list are closer to the yop of the page ie bottom-most item is top-most layer.
You can change the ‘stacking’ order of these items by dragging them up and down the list.
So to solve your previous problem you could have dragged the menu item down to the bottom of the list to display at a higher level on the page.
This is where it also helps to give all your items on the page a meaningful name in the Title box in the inspector - easier to keep track of in the list.
