The best way to get help is to give help. What help can you give?

  1. Describe your problem as simply and plainly as possible.
  2. Use images and links to examples of what you are trying to achieve or avoid whenever possible.
  3. Indicate whether you are using Freeway Pro or Freeway Express.
  4. IMPORTANT: try to include links to your page(s) that are misbehaving. Freeway Pro generates page code; Browsers read page code. More often than not, we will need to read your page code to understand what is wrong.
