[Pro] top border with graphic+menu

How does the Softpress site get the black border across WITH the image WITH the CSS menu all in the same section?

I am trying a box model layout and I cannot get the top border working for me!! Adding images makes them pop outside the box, CSS box doesnt stay where I want it, making it inline isnt working either… (I have a logo on the left, a tab image on the upper right where I want to put a menu inside of it on the tab)

Hi Beatrice,

Do you mean the black strip across the top of the page? This is just a
repeating image that sits at the top of the page and tiles across it:

http://www.softpress.com/templates/Resources/silverstrip1.jpg

Everything else is just centered in the page as usual.

Thanks Joe - that is so simple. I seem to be a bit rusty at this and forgetting the obvious. SO - to be sure I have this right, it is the page background?
