[Pro] Transition FX question?

I’m working on a new site for my own photos, and I would like to use a Transition FX (or something similar) that only appears once. Is there an easy way to accomplish this?

Yes Transition FX will do this for you

The grey dialogue box has the TFX action applied to it. OnPage Load, Effect:Fade, Duration 4 and Delay 3
