I have a site that I’ve run for years at www.colchester-cycling.org.uk. A couple of days ago I changed the front page video and went to upload. The upload began but stuck at the first item. The message was “cannot complete upload because server not responding”. I’ve been talking to Namehog, my web hosting company, who cannot trace the snag: they’ve even doubled my webspace. Other sections of the site upload successfully to Namehog, and the site affected uploads to other companies’ space. Any ideas, please?
