[Pro] Tutorial Videos

The tutorial videos do not work on the site. The windows open black and then I get the spinning dial forever. Any reason?

Safari - Happens on both iMac 10.7.5 and iPad- the latest

I tried both Firefox and Safari and it worked on neither one all day, Imac OS 10.7.5

I just tried it now and its working.
