[Pro] Upload issues

Hi all, trying to upload my site via Document setup, upload etc…

I’ve entered in my details in all the fields, when I click upload it does it on screen, but no files are uploaded to the server?

Mac is almost thru the window… lol

Any suggestions

Have you checked the Save Log checkbox in the File>Upload window

If so there will be a Log file in HD>Users>Yourusername>Library>Logs>Freeway Pro>FTP Logs

Newest Upload is last in the Document

If you cant glean any info from the log file then send it to support(@)softpress.com and they will look at it for you.

Might be an idea to bin any old logs and create a new one and send that.

Can you access your server via FTP OK - using the same settings as FW.

Are you uploading to the correct folder on the server? Are you sure?

FTP to check - it is easy to make that mistake. Done it myself!
