Does anyone experience connection and upload issues with FWPro even when fetch or other can upload with no problem? Is there something that I am not aware of?

There are several settings for FTP Mode: Automatic, Passive and Non-Passive.
If you are having problems with one then try toggling to another. ie Passive to Non-Passive and vice versa.
Different servers seem to prefer different settings.
