Yes this is a rather basic question, and I did touch or edit the footer layer, and I didn’t want to change the whole page by reapplying the master, if possible.
Please have a look at the image, where you can compage the two pages (Bokatid & Kontakt):

I dont think that you have any choice but to Reapply Master.
The link to the master item has been lost and you cannot reconnect except by bringing the master item back onto your page by reapplying.
If your page is quite complicated I would duplicate the current version and Reapply Master to the duplicate before adding back in page specific content.
