Hi - I’ve created a newletter type layout in Freeway Pro - then using View in Browser to preview it - I use Safari and then select “Mail Contents of this Page” the background graphic shows up fine in the email, but any graphics in the layout appear as lego type blocks with a question mark on them. I can Mail Contents of this Page any other website - just not the one I’ve created in Freeway to use as an email newsletter.
OS X 10.5.8. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
I have the same problem as Lewis. I have checked that the files, as listed in the page source code, are in the Resources folder the was created when I uploaded the Email project, and they are. But they don’t show up… I’m sure this is something simple, but I can’t figure it out.
Hi Andy,
Do you have a copy of this HTMl online somewhere that we could take a
closer look at?
Thanks,
Tim.

Hi Tim.
The simple answer is… I don’t know. When I preview the document in my browser, after uploading, the URL in my Safari address bar seems to be looking at my local hard drive, yet when I view the source code, it is listing the path to my ftp location. When I view the ftp site in Cyberduck, everything seems to be there, so I really don’t know what is going on. I can send you various screen grabs if that helps.
Hi Andy,
What is the URL you’ve added to the File/ Document Set/ Upload/ Web
Address field? That should point me to the page online.
Thanks,
Tim.

Can you pm me 'cos i’ll have to give you my ftp password to view this. When I type in the URL 9ftp.panache-productions.com/htdocs/mailshots) it says I don’t have permission to view the site.
If you change the setting and re-upload the images should show up
again both in your web browser as well as in your emails.
Incidentally the path you provided below is the FTP path to your
mailshots directory. This is similar, but not the same, as the web
address (above) that I needed.
Regards,
Tim.
