Not sure if any of these things may apply in your case:
Do you have the action applied to anything that’s on the pasteboard rather than on the page itself? That can cause a ‘fail’.
Is the action applied to an element it’s not designed for?
Have you enabled AppleScript in Actions? FreewayPro > Preferences > General
Only other option would be to delete the action totally from your website making sure it’s not stored in the site cache and then re-applying page by page, testing as you go along.
