Hi all,
have followed all instructions and have tried lots of different methods of getting my video to work. but it comes up with the quick time logo and a question mark. http://www.walm.co.uk/gallery.html
it does work when you view the preview from freeway on safari.
any ideas?

What version of FW are you using?
The 5.5.7 update addresses some QT issues http://www.softpress.com/kb/questions/250/Freeway+5.5.7+Release+Notes
But not sure if this is relevant to your problem.
Incidentally - how large is the mov file

Hi David thanks for having a look, fortunately i have sorted the problem now so it does work, but very slowly. im using fw 5.5. i shall have a look at the update thanks. mov file is 133 mb. where should a post like this go? sorry very new to this!

Your movie file is a bit too large then - which is part of the problem. How did you create it and did you use Fast Web Start?
