[Pro] vieo movies in Freeway?

Hi, I need to use a video I have shot on a page in a new site I am building. What would be the best way to achieve this so it is viewable at a reasonable size (bigger than standard youtube window) and what format so it can be seen by all (I have quicktime for conversion).
