[Pro] Web Yep Attchment

I have a mystery that has driven me crazy. I have a Web Yep attachment
element on my page and absolutely nothing else that I can see. The Attachment refuses to download.
It works is my other sites except for this one.
The site was created using the" Floral" template from Freeway.

Can anyone help me sleuth this one?
