How do you make a weblog inside your freeway website ?
I am new to weblogs and just an early adapter of Freeway. Is there an frewwayaction blog somewhere ?

No integrated Blog action.
There are Actions to help you make a Blogger page look like your own FW built site which you could then include in an iFrame.
Though not really a Blog there is an Action called Comments which uses the Disqus platform http://disqus.com/
Alternatively you could use a CMS like Pulse http://pulsecms.com/ which has a Blog feature which is easy to add to a FW site.
