I am relativley new to freeway and still learning all the time but i have one real problem at the moment.
I have just published my website www.mcolairo.co.uk and am having a problem with the content shifting to the right on different pages once selected from the css menu.
Would be grateful on any advice on how to combat this problem, I want the css menu to stay fixed in one place!
The scrollbar always appears when there is more content in your page than there is room to show in the browser window. So to avoid it your page content must always be smaller than largest web browser window.
So to avoid it your page content must always be smaller than largest web browser window.
Or to ensure a scrollbar on all pages make them all taller than the largest browser window - this can be done by creating an empty HTML or graphic box far enough down the page. But this is not really a semantic solution!
There is a lot to be said for creating a web page where all your content is ‘Above the fold’ ie the important stuff can be viewed without scrolling.
