[Pro] website failure

My website has been down for several days. GoDaddy says is fully operational. All I get is a suggestion page from Frontier communications of where to find my business. My friends from around the country say it’s not coming up. I 'm not sure where to start. Can someone take a look and let me know if you see something that might be causing the problem. There doesn’t seem to be any DNS record for this server. Where did you host DNS for the domain?

Ah great, a crappy web service … the url http://bausmanandfather.com does open,
the url http://www,bausmanandfather.com doesn’t.

Everything is through GoDaddy. Yet they say it’s working. So what do I need to tell Go Daddy to look for?

They need to alias the www subdomain to the bare domain. That’s usually done automatically – not sure how it could have been missed on their end.
