[Pro] Website Tweaking

Hello All,
I am a small business owner and I developed my website using FW Pro.

I am trying to prefect the websites http://aircraftappraisals.aero & http://oaktreeaviation.com. As you can see the sites are basic which is ok but I really want to make them better and very attractive to visitors, but I personally don’t have the knowledge, expertise, and time, to do the work myself.

In addition to general ascetics, I am looking to tweak the items that will improve SEO for the two sites. I understand there are a few problems like few back links, broken external links, and a few other items per webceo.com.

Just wondering if someone would be interested in tackling this project and if so how much would it cost?

I appreciate your feedback and suggestions.
