[Pro] WebYep Error

I have suddenly started having problems with one of two WebYep rich text elements on a page.
I log into the page successfully and access the rich text element for the left hand column fine but when I click save I get the following page message:

“Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /webyep-system/program/editors/rich-text.php on this server.”

My rich text editor being used is FCKedit

The odd thing is the other right hand column WebYep rich text element on the same page edits and saves fine.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

TIA
Richard

Hi Max,
I have just manages to sort it. In case it’s of help to anyone else this is what I did:

  1. Found the WebYep item in the Data folder and made a simple change to that directly using Fetch FTP. This had the effect of wiping all the text when I refreshed the page in the browser.

  2. Logged back into WebYep and pasted the info back (I had previously copied from the browser page) into the WebYep rich text item, clicked save and it worked.

I have absolutely no idea why it worked - but it did so I’m a happy bunny.

Just for reference the page is:

http://www.charischurch.org.uk/

The culprit was the WebYep rich text item which loads the text below the “What to Expect at Charis” heading.

Anyway client is now happy bunny too!

Cheers,
Richard

it certainly does sound like a issue with the rich-text editor itself anyway glad you’ve fixed the problem
