Hi everyone,
I hope you can help me with this.
I’m using an html markup to show a Google Maps Engine Lite map. I copied the code from Google into the map and it works brilliantly on my mac.
But when I view it on my ipad or iphone the map goes out of control and spills out of the box well out of the confines of the page.
Is there a simple fix or is it just not going to work?
I tried Walt’s Freeze Frame Action but that didn’t work either.
Hope you can help!
Many thanks,
Mark

It doesn’t look like you’re doing anything wrong. Have you seen it working on other sites in iOS?

Hi Joe,
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately I haven’t seen it working anywhere else.
It’s really strange as it works perfectly on the mac, but as soon as I look at it on my ipad and iphone it just stretches well out side of the box.
Is there anything else I could try? A way to fix the frame perhaps? Or another way to import a google map?
I’m stumped!

iOS seems to require some attributes on the iframe to make it work. Try changing the iframe code to this and it should work. :
<iframe scrolling="no" src="http://mapsengine.google.com/map/view?mid=zYVzAH9lfnnQ.k9UnR8HehnNo" width="861" height="500"></iframe>
