I can see the index.html being added to the link, but not the other. Is that a copy/paste, or did you just type some gibberish to give us a flavor of what you saw?
What you are describing is an Anchor Link (anything following the octothorp is called the hash, and should match an ID or name of an element on the page you’re linking to.
Do you have any Actions applied to your pages? Have you created Anchors anywhere? Other than those two possibilities, this is a completely new one on me. And I’ve been using the application for 15 years or more.

Map areas are created in FW when you create irregular shaped link areas.

I did a bit of research on the unsafe JS and apparently it can be safely ignored, it’s something to do with Safari picking up that it’s using an iFrame.
As for the map areas that surprises me as all the buttons on my page are rectangle or square. It doesn’t bother me though.
What I’ve also found is the reference changes, it isn’t the same each time.
Thanks D. I have sent of a an email to SoftPress so I’ll see what they come back with, it is very strange. I honestly don’t believe I’ve done anything out of the ordinary, I’ve pretty much let Freeway Pro handle everything for me. Everything has been so perfect up until this point end it may end up being a deal breaker which would really annoy me as I think it’s some of the best software I’ve come across in a long time.
I’ll keep an eye on the Javascript but not too worried as there are hundreds of thousands of sites that use the addthis widget. Apparently it’s a mostly a common issue in Safari.
Okay, that’s interesting it is actually the addthis markup that’s causing the issue. I removed it from some of the pages and now I don’t have the issue.
So good news but will need to find a workaround for the social icons.
I also had trouble with Add This and so just created my own social media links which were work perfectly well.
