[Pro] White area around text that has glow

When I publish my site, the main heading text which sits over a background image, has a white area around it when I apply a coloured glow to it. How can I get rid of this white area?

Thanks in advance

Yup… make sure your picture is a PNG/millions color setting in the Inspector… that will do the trick!

Presumably this is graphic text. When you are doing this over a background image FW is not sure what colour to anti-alias against and uses your page colour.

Instead manually choose a colour to AA against that is close to or the same as your background image.

Hi Dave that’s exactly the problem, it’s to do with the blur added to the graphic text. Unfortunately the colour of the background image is difficult to match.

Doesn’t have to be exact - an approximate match will do the job - try it.
