I think I have tried everything that I can see to do as an option to make this work out as I was hoping. It is quite simple. I want the actual webpage window to be a very dark blue, surrounded by an outside window of black. And no background images.
Presently no matter what I try the black comes into the bottom portion of the webpages about 750 pixels down, I can not get the dark blue to continue down to the bottom of the pages. What to do?
The answer is to give the page a fixed pixel height. In the page Inspector you’ll see a box for the page height (arrows pointing up and down). Put an actually dimension in there.
Thanks for the replies and I guess I should have mentioned that I do have the height set at specific pixels, usually about 1200, but up to 2500 depending on the info on the page.
I’ve tried messing with these setting numerous times, trying many things. I even tried making my own image and use that instead of a background color and still the same thing is happening.
It’s always the same height, about 750 down where the window background always fills below that as soon as I use the option.
It seems as if something is just overriding everything I can see as settings.
