When working with HTML5 video (following the new instructions), in the video inspector there are four options for preload:
Default
Non
Metadata
Auto
I can’t find any explanation for these, can anyone help?

Further question, I just asked the client to try the movie and it works fine in Win7 Chrome but not in IE9. Works OK for me here in IE10. Is there anything I can do to get it working in IE9 or is it back to YouTube delivery?
Also if I can’t get it to work in IE9 can I get it to fall back to Youtube automatically?
