Is there an action like Scripty lightbox that I can use to get a You Tube video to pop up in a window? I know I can host a video and do that with Scripty Lightbox but how about if I want to stream the video directly from YT?

Go on the YouTube page, click the share widget. Choose the embed iframe option. Copy the code, and paste it into a text editor. It should look like this:
<iframe src="http://youtube.com/path/to/video" ... ></iframe>
Copy ONLY the content of the src attribute, not the quotes or the rest of the code. Back in Freeway, paste that URL in the External tab of the URL dialog in ScriptyLightbox.
That should work in all 3 versions of the Action, but I am extra certain it works in SL3.
