Problem with the Carousel Action

I have been trying for most of the day to get the Carousel Action to work on my site : (

I have the latest version of Freeway installed and have downloaded the latest version of the action from action forge.

Following instructions on here I have created a HTML Layer and duplicated this item a few times.
Applied the Carousel Action to the first HTML item but can’t seem to find the Carousel Pane action anyway to apply to the other layers??

Am I doing something daft here? Help appreciated.

After struggling all day then finally posting this query I have sorted it!
Deleted the action from the library then re-installed. All working now.
