problems fitting to iPad

Different pages appear at different sizes within an ipad screen - it enlarges the shorter pages (‘links’ page under information, for example) to fit the screen. The longer pages appear fine. Just need it to be consistent. Tried 100% width but that just seemed to create more mess. Must be missing something - not for the first time! Thanks

Noel, I see you seem to have fixed your iPad width problem. I have the same issue. How does one make all page fit the iPad widthwise. Lots of web sites do it—why can;t I do it easily in Freeway? Having said that I have a web site that does work but the settings seem to be the same.

Under ‘Mobile’ in the page html settings (3rd along in inspector panel) I had w: Automatic, H: None, Yes to page can be scaled, No initial scale, Min scale: 25% and Max scale 160% and that seemed to have corrected the inconsistencies.

All pages are inline and set to fixed with - 960px. My present efforts are at the boat band, folk from stoke and I am trying a step up with flexible width and that seems to work OK as well.

The site isn’t responsive - that is a long way down the line for me and my technical ability - but it looks ok on an iPad and you can get away with it on an iPhone. It uses webyeb elements that make it more complicated (for me!)
