I am trying to put a small bit of text on my home page with a picture in the background.
Got the pic in place, but now cannot figure out how to put my text there.
Any ideas?

Update your subscriptions at:

Draw a graphic box over your image, click inside and start typing.
You can then style the text using the inspector to change, font, colour size etc.
Resize and position where you want it.
