RE: Domain name redirect with no access

Thanks James I’ll give it a go and see if we can motivate the current site’s webmaster to do it.

Hey Bill:

Have the owner call GoDaddy’s 24 Hour Concierge service to discuss.
They’ll need to verify themselves with GoDaddy via call in pin or
whathaveyou… but either way, the very helpful GD Concierge will be
able to assist in giving the info needed to do whatever is necessary
if things go awry and the info is truly lost.

Cheers!
James

Thanks…I’ll keep trying the approach you recommend but if that
doesn’t work is there any other way? I know this shouldn’t be easy
otherwise all our domain names would be at risk but has anyone gone
through something like this where they could share their experience?

The owner of the domain will have to contact GoDaddy. Once they
verify they own the domain, such as supplying the original email
confirming receipt of payment, GoDaddy should be able to reset the
password to something new.
